Shipping Policy
Shipping fee worldwide is FREE
An order processing can take between 1-3 business days from Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
After such time you will get an email to notify that your order is on its way. Shipping times will vary by location.
Before you finalize your order, you'll be given various delivery options to choose. The parcel may take up to 4-17 days after the order processing confirmation in order to arrive to it's final destination (depending on the chosen delivery method).
Shipping methods and processes are constantly being updated and reviewed - we are exploring additional options to try to ensure faster delivery times.
We try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. If you have any issues or questions please get in touch with Customer Care.
(Please note we are not responsible for orders that did not arrive due to factors beyond our control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not cleared by customs, the order was stolen, etc.)
Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received and with a manufacturing defect or damaged. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return costs are paid by our costs only if the watch(s) have a manufacturing defect, otherwise they will be at your expense.

Warranty
Three (3) year international warranty from IEKE Watches Company
The three (3) year limited warranty offered by IEKE Watches Company is the manufacturer's warranty. It provides rights distinct from the rights provided by the law of consumption, including, but not limited to, the rights of non-conforming goods. IEKE Watches Limited Warranty benefits are in addition to, and do not replace, the rights provided by consumer protection laws.
Your IEKE watch is warranted by IEKE Watches Company * for a period of three (3) year from the date of purchase, under the terms of this warranty. IEKE warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of the invoice or distributor's stamp in the warranty booklet is required as proof of purchase.
During the warranty period, the movement, hands and dial of the watch are the only components covered by this warranty. The covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced at no charge for components or labor, if the material or workmanship is found to be defective under normal use.
In case of replacement, IEKE Watches Company can not guarantee that you will receive a watch of the same model. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided. The warranty on the replacement watch ends three (3) year after the date the replacement watch is received.
